Return and Refund Policy

Digital downloads: Since these digital products are emailed to you at purchase, there isn’t really a way to return them in the way you might return a physical item. I encourage you to read the description and excerpt from the artist statement carefully before purchasing. If you are still unsatisfied with your purchase, I want to help you however I can. Please email me to let me know what’s not working—we might have a solution or even another image that might be a better fit. If we can’t find a solution for your context, I may be able to offer a partial refund.

Fine Art Prints: If your fine art print is damaged or unsatisfactory upon arrival, please email me with a photo of the print, and I will send a replacement print as soon as possible.

If your print arrives undamaged, but you want to return it, please fill out the form below, including your order number. You can find your order number in your original confirmation email. I accept online returns within 30 days of purchase. Returned items are eligible for a full refund. Items must be received undamaged, and in their original packaging. After receipt of your item, I process returns within 7 working days. Funds received will be sent to your original method of payment.
